Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic foresight frameworks for 2026 market landscapes
- Lead ideation workshops for breakthrough technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-proof solutions with $5M+ annual budgets
- Present trend analyses to C-suite and board members quarterly
- Manage innovation portfolios across 3+ industry verticals
- Author white papers on 2026 disruption scenarios for public/private sectors
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or emerging tech
- Proven track record scaling ventures from concept to $100M+ ARR
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review/MIT Tech Review
- Experience advising Fortune 500 on 2026 digital transformation
- Fluency in at least 2 future-tech programming languages (Python/R)
