Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech/social/economic trends to forecast 2026+ market disruptions
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across AI, climate tech, and digital transformation
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with executive stakeholders to prepare for radical futures
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations on future-proofing organizations
- Build proprietary trend intelligence frameworks using AI-driven analytics and foresight methodologies
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions for 2026 market readiness
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking and innovation management
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of publishing trend reports or thought leadership in future studies
- MBA or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning, scenario planning)
- Experience advising C-suite on 5-10 year strategic transformation
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major innovation roadmaps implemented by global organizations
