Responsibilities
- Scan horizon technologies (quantum, biotech, AI) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop 2026+ strategic roadmaps aligning tech capabilities with market needs
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable initiatives
- Partner with C-suite to integrate future-proofing into corporate strategy
- Produce trend reports and scenario analyses for stakeholders
- Guide innovation portfolio allocation based on exponential growth potential
- Represent company at global tech foresight forums
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with future-planning focus
- Proven track record in emerging tech assessment (AI, quantum, neurotech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Experience scaling innovation initiatives from concept to market
