Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-planning models for 3-5 year strategic horizons using AI-driven analytics
- Design and execute cross-functional innovation workshops with Fortune 500 partners
- Author forward-looking white papers and thought leadership pieces for industry forums
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure strategic foresight ROI and impact
- Manage a $5M innovation incubator portfolio focused on 2026 market readiness
- Represent the company at Davos, CES, and other global innovation summits
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or Innovation Management (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AI ethics)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futures journals or top-tier business media
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (STEEP analysis, Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Experience building strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills for complex scenarios
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., University of Houston program)
