Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks to identify emerging trends and disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive leadership, translating complex future projections into actionable business strategies
- Establish and maintain an innovation pipeline integrating AI, biotech, and quantum computing advancements
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-forward solutions
- Author thought leadership publications and represent the company at global innovation forums
- Build and lead a dedicated futurist innovation task force
- Quantify future market opportunities and risk-mitigation strategies
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused strategies with measurable ROI
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
