Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to cultivate future-thinking capabilities across the organization
- Produce high-impact scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks to pioneer next-generation research
- Translate foresight insights into measurable R&D priorities and investment opportunities
- Mentor innovation teams in applying futures-thinking methodologies to product development
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing) and their societal implications
