As a key member of our Future Insights Division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives across Fortune 500 companies to develop adaptive strategies that turn uncertainty into competitive advantage. Your work will directly influence multi-billion-dollar decisions in sustainability, digital transformation, and human-machine collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+ landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 clients facing exponential change
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align executive teams on future-ready innovation priorities
- Produce foresight reports with actionable recommendations for R&D investment and market positioning
- Partner with product teams to prototype next-generation solutions addressing 2026 human needs
- Establish KPIs for measuring organizational future-readiness and innovation velocity
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology strategy
- Proven track record developing future-proof roadmaps for Fortune 500 enterprises
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, synthetic biology, quantum computing, or climate tech
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFPS) or advanced degree in Futures Studies
- Exceptional storytelling skills translating complex scenarios into executive-level narratives
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, weak signal analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future strategy implementations
