Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype disruptive solutions for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Produce quarterly strategic briefings on exponential technologies and their market implications
- Architect ethical innovation governance protocols for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify and integrate emerging startups into our ecosystem
- Present visionary roadmaps to executive board and investor stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning with exponential technology focus (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record translating futurist concepts into commercialized products
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent
- Deep expertise in ethical AI frameworks and emerging tech policy landscapes
- Exceptional storytelling abilities for complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight tools (e.g., STEEP, Delphi)
