- Design and implement agile innovation pipelines for rapid prototyping of future-facing solutions
- Produce executive-ready trend reports and risk assessments for board-level decision-making
- Spearhead partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies to shape policy around emerging technologies
- Mentor innovation teams in futures thinking methodologies and strategic foresight tools
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies with measurable ROI
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, Web3, climate tech, or synthetic biology
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., WFS, APF) or scenario planning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to distill complex concepts for diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-oriented projects or published research
