Responsibilities

- Develop strategic foresight frameworks using quantitative modeling and qualitative ethnographic research

- Author executive briefings and thought leadership content positioning company as future-shaping authority
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions aligned with 2026 technological inflection points
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, scientists, and industry pioneers
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and external stakeholders at global forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in innovation strategy, trend analysis, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial products/services
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)

- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (white papers, books, keynotes)
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and Delphi techniques
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-proofing of business models/products
