- Analyze and forecast technology trends, societal shifts, and market disruptions impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate future-focused solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and external partners
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, startups, and thought leaders
- Quantify market opportunities and ROI for emerging technologies and business models
- Mentor internal teams on future-proofing methodologies and strategic foresight
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Business, Futures Studies, or related field
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching successful future-oriented products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional data analysis, scenario planning, and trend synthesis skills
- Strong presentation abilities with executive audiences and diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic impact
- Experience in Silicon Valley tech ecosystem preferred
