Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients using predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops on emerging technologies (quantum computing, bio-integrated AI, climate tech)
- Research and synthesize global trends in automation, ethics, and human augmentation
- Design strategic frameworks for ethical AI deployment and sustainable tech adoption
- Present futurist insights to C-suite executives and industry thought leaders
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions
- Publish whitepapers on disruptive technologies and their societal implications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic innovation, consulting, or technology foresight roles
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI ethics
- Proven ability to translate complex concepts into executive-ready strategies
- Strong data visualization and storytelling skills using tools like Tableau/Power BI
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or futurism (required)
- Experience with blockchain, metaverse ecosystems, and neurotech integration
