Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate, quantum) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for enterprise clients across tech, finance, and healthcare
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future-proofing initiatives
- Produce trend reports and innovation frameworks published in industry-leading journals
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience as a futurist, innovation strategist, or trend analyst
- Proven track record of publishing influential foresight research or methodologies
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Exceptional data synthesis and storytelling abilities for C-suite audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ enterprise innovation projects delivered
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies and their societal implications
