Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze global tech/socioeconomic trends impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with 3-5 year horizon planning
- Lead design thinking workshops for futuristic product/service prototypes
- Partner with R&D to prioritize breakthrough technologies (quantum, bio-digital, etc.)
- Present future scenarios to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation impact on 2026 market readiness
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching future-ready products/services
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, and climate tech convergence
- Exceptional storytelling and stakeholder communication skills
