Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable technologies
- Develop strategic roadmaps for 2026+ product ecosystems and market entry strategies
- Facilitate cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and business units
- Present futures scenarios to executive stakeholders and board members with data-driven insights
- Build and manage an external ecosystem of futurists, academics, and startup incubators
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, futures research, or emerging technology commercialization
- Proven track record of launching at least two market-defining products/services
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in scenario planning and technology impact assessment methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling ability with executive presentation experience
- Fluency in strategic foresight frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful prediction of market shifts (2018-2023)
