Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for 2026+ business evolution
- Lead innovation workshops and cross-functional teams to prototype future solutions
- Author thought leadership reports on emerging futures for executive stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex foresight data into executable business strategies
- Champion a culture of exponential thinking across all organizational levels
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Future Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-oriented R&D
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into compelling narratives
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation initiatives in tech-forward industries
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
