Responsibilities

- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling visual narratives and data storytelling
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions

- Author thought leadership publications on future-state market dynamics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and disruption modeling
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI analytics platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented innovation strategies
