Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and global megatrends to forecast industry landscapes by 2026
- Develop actionable innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future products, services, and business models
- Conduct competitive intelligence and scenario planning for future market disruptions
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and influence high-stakes decisions
- Partner with R&D to prioritize future-focused R&D investments and pilot programs
- Author thought leadership content and industry forecasts to establish our thought leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy, innovation consulting, or futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology adoption curves
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainability megatrends
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Experience with horizon scanning frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Track record of launching successful future-oriented initiatives or products
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
