Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech, social, and economic trends to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026+
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for product innovation and market positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize foresight insights into actionable roadmaps
- Build and maintain expert networks across emerging tech ecosystems (quantum computing, neurotech, etc.)
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Monitor horizon scanning outputs and adjust strategic priorities based on emerging signals
- Document and disseminate foresight methodologies across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, climate tech
- Exceptional ability to translate complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Experience leading strategic initiatives in Fortune 500 or high-growth tech environments
- Strong network within global innovation ecosystems (VCs, research institutions, labs)
