- Produce trend reports and strategic briefs for executive stakeholders
- Design organizational transformation initiatives for digital resilience
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting emerging tech landscapes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning or futurist consulting with Fortune 500 clients
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex insights into executive narratives
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTR) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating strategic foresight projects with measurable impact
