Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal megatrends to map 3-5 year strategic horizons
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for clients in tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align executive teams on future-ready business models
- Author thought leadership reports published in industry-leading publications
- Build and curate a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Translate complex future projections into executable innovation roadmaps
- Monitor geopolitical and climate risk factors affecting long-term strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-oriented analyses or strategic frameworks
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- CFP (Certified Foresight Professional) certification preferred
- Experience working with startups and Fortune 500 clients
