- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts affecting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech innovations
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable product roadmaps
- Build scenario models for climate resilience and sustainable development initiatives
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and executive leadership teams
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype futuristic concepts and validate market viability
- Establish thought leadership through white papers and industry conference keynotes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented innovation strategies
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on long-term transformation
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS preferred)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level communication abilities
