Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and socioeconomic shifts impacting 2026 markets
- Develop and present strategic roadmaps for future product ecosystems and business models
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to embed foresight into corporate strategy and R&D pipelines
- Design and facilitate immersive scenario-planning workshops with cross-functional teams
- Author thought leadership publications on AI ethics, quantum computing applications, and sustainable tech
- Establish and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Quantify future opportunities through predictive analytics and trend impact modeling
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent technical discipline
- 7+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products or services
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic thinking methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech convergence)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive-level presentation experience
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-vision work or implemented strategic initiatives
