Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and digital ecosystems
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological inflection points
- Facilitate executive workshops on scenario planning and risk mitigation
- Author annual 'Future State' reports with data-driven predictions
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-focused solutions
- Build cross-functional innovation task forces for emerging opportunities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Proven track record translating trends into business strategy
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend mapping
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech or societal shifts
- Experience with AI forecasting tools and quantitative trend analysis
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020-2025 foresight accuracy
