Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, socioeconomic shifts, and cultural trends to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop and deliver strategic foresight frameworks, scenario planning models, and innovation roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into product development and market expansion strategies
- Present foresight findings to executive leadership and external partners using compelling visual storytelling
- Establish and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Quantify future market opportunities through predictive analytics and trend correlation modeling
- Mentor junior strategists and build the organization's future intelligence capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruptive technology assessment
- Exceptional presentation skills with portfolio of published foresight reports or thought leadership
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend analysis software
- Demonstrated ability to translate abstract concepts into executable business strategies
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or innovation management preferred
