Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies, market shifts, and societal transformations impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop and communicate compelling future scenarios, strategic roadmaps, and innovation frameworks for C-suite executives
- Architect foresight methodologies integrating AI trend analysis, ethnographic research, and predictive modeling
- Facilitate high-stakes workshops with global stakeholders to co-create future-ready business strategies
- Author breakthrough thought leadership publications and presentations at premier industry forums
- Mentor cross-functional teams in applying foresight principles to product development and market positioning
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, tech incubators, and government innovation labs
Qualifications
- Advanced degree (Master's/PhD) in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 7+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, sustainable energy)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies for Fortune 500 clients
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to translate complex scenarios into executive insights
- Experience designing and facilitating strategic foresight methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning, scenario planning)
- Portfolio demonstrating published futures research or innovation frameworks with measurable impact
