Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for clients across AI, biotech, climate resilience, and quantum computing
- Deliver executive briefings on future-proofing organizational structures and talent ecosystems
- Design innovation roadmaps integrating emerging technologies with sustainable business models
- Author thought leadership reports on the future of work, automation ethics, and human-machine collaboration
- Facilitate cross-industry foresight workshops with Fortune 500 leadership teams
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track organizational adaptation metrics
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or Strategic Foresight (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 8 years in strategic consulting, innovation, or trend analysis at Fortune 500 level
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into compelling executive narratives
- Certification in futures research (e.g., WFS, APF) or strategic foresight methodologies
- Portfolio of published foresight work or client transformation case studies
