As a key member of our Strategic Futures Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to navigate technological disruptions, market shifts, and societal transformations. Your insights will directly shape our 5-year innovation pipeline and influence $500M+ in strategic investments.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to forecast market opportunities through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-facing initiatives
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive briefings on disruptive technologies
- Partner with R&D to prototype future concepts and validate market readiness
- Advose on ethical implications of emerging technologies and sustainable innovation practices
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and industry symposiums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, IoT, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in foresight methodologies
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformation projects
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation (articles, books, reports)
- Strong network within global innovation ecosystems and futurist communities
