Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging technologies and socio-economic trends through 2030
- Develop strategic roadmaps translating foresight into actionable product development plans
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to align future vision with current operations
- Produce trend briefings and scenario models for executive decision-making and investor relations
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions in our innovation lab
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology assessment
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
