- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ markets
- Develop evidence-based future scenarios and strategic roadmaps for enterprise clients
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to embed foresight into R&D and product innovation pipelines
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Manage cross-functional teams of data scientists, anthropologists, and industry experts
- Quantify future market opportunities through predictive modeling and trend analysis
- Drive innovation workshops to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years experience in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or trend forecasting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, technology impact assessment, and systems thinking
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, Web3)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with portfolio of published future-focused research
- Experience advising C-suite on emerging market disruptions and strategic pivots
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or SFI)
- Fluency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for trend communication
