Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech, economic, and social trends to forecast 2026+ opportunities and threats
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate foresight into corporate strategy
- Lead innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Produce trend reports and scenario-planning frameworks for stakeholders
- Design agile methodologies for rapid prototyping of future solutions
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or futurist roles
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and technology assessment
- Proven track record of launching innovative products/services
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, or related field
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (blockchain, AI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
