Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify breakthrough technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026 markets
- Develop comprehensive future scenarios and strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market expansion
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight insights into actionable R&D priorities and innovation pipelines
- Design and facilitate strategic workshops with executive teams to align on future-oriented decision-making
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and presentations for investors and board members
- Establish cross-functional innovation task forces to accelerate prototyping and validation of future concepts
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and maintain relationships with leading futurists and research institutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend synthesis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, sustainable energy
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills to communicate complex future scenarios
- Experience developing strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies or high-growth startups
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize multidisciplinary data into actionable insights
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) or innovation management preferred
