Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research across tech, policy, and cultural domains to identify 2026+ trends
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product development and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align teams on emerging opportunities
- Quantify future market risks/opportunities using predictive modeling
- Present findings to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track progress
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in innovation strategy, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systemic modeling
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills
- Experience with foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism
