Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, geopolitical shifts, and societal trends to forecast 2026+ scenarios
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps with measurable KPIs for market leadership
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-facing solutions (AI, biotech, quantum)
- Present foresight insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Curate thought leadership content (whitepapers, TED-style talks, industry reports)
- Partner with R&D to commercialize breakthrough technologies
- Establish horizon-scanning frameworks for competitive advantage
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or equivalent
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating foresight into market-ready innovations
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and trend analysis
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Executive presence with experience presenting to Fortune 500 leadership
- Published thought leader in future-focused publications
