Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026+ foresight framework identifying emerging trends, disruptive technologies, and paradigm shifts
- Design and execute innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and market evolution
- Lead cross-functional workshops to foster creative thinking and strategic alignment across departments
- Analyze competitive landscapes and emerging technologies to identify first-mover opportunities
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Mentor innovation teams in future-thinking methodologies and strategic execution
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation management, or futurism with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech experience
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies and market leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, AR/VR) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into coherent future scenarios
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field preferred
- Experience with scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to influence executive decision-making and drive organizational change
