- Develop and maintain a 5-year strategic innovation pipeline aligned with market evolution
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives using data analytics and scenario planning methodologies
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers, conference keynotes, and industry reports
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in forecasting technological disruption and market transformations
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking frameworks
- Experience advising C-suite on long-term strategy and innovation adoption
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI-driven analytics
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
