Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps by analyzing emerging trends across AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for complex future challenges
- Present strategic foresight reports to executive leadership and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and startups to source breakthrough technologies
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical and technological disruptions
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of radical innovation
- Drive adoption of exponential technologies through internal innovation labs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, technology consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year innovation roadmaps
- Expertise in horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, D3.js)
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism publications
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
