Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal trends to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients in tech, healthcare, and sustainability sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to align organizational vision with future opportunities
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership content published in top-tier industry publications
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions addressing 2026's most pressing global challenges
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory changes impacting technology adoption and innovation
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and strategic foresight frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Innovation, Technology Policy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic vision frameworks
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and their socioeconomic implications
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience delivering executive-level strategic briefings
- Published thought leadership in futures research or innovation strategy
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (scenario planning, horizon scanning, Delphi techniques)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful translation of future insights into commercial outcomes
