Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech) and translate insights into actionable strategic frameworks
- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps for enterprise clients across tech, healthcare, and sustainability sectors
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to prepare organizations for disruptive market shifts
- Author forward-looking thought leadership publications and keynote presentations
- Build and manage a network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Quantify future market opportunities through data modeling and predictive analytics
- Advise executive teams on emerging risks and opportunities in exponential technology adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 7+ years experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, horizon scanning, and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for C-level audiences
- Published research or thought leadership in futurism/innovation (preferred)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on strategic transformation
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or similar body) a plus
