Responsibilities

- Partner with product teams to integrate foresight into development roadmaps and go-to-market strategies
- Present insights to executive stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narrative storytelling
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Publish thought leadership content and represent the company at global innovation forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes or product roadmaps
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, Economics, or related field
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFPC from Association of Professional Futurists preferred)
