- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for C-suite decision-making
- Lead innovation workshops with R&D, product, and marketing teams to integrate future trends
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive analytics for investor and stakeholder communications
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Design and execute market experiments to validate future opportunities and risks
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and future-focused leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (Ph.D. preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism role at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting frameworks
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal/economic implications
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (articles, books, keynotes)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex strategic transformations
