Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across 15+ emerging technology domains
- Develop 10-year strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Facilitate executive workshops on future scenarios and disruption risks
- Partner with R&D to integrate breakthrough innovations into product pipelines
- Build and maintain ecosystem relationships with startups, academia, and think tanks
- Produce quarterly foresight reports with data-driven strategic recommendations
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or technology consulting
- Proven track record translating foresight into commercial products/business models
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for executive communication
- Published research or patents in emerging technology domains
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) or equivalent
