Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026+ technology and societal foresight framework
- Lead innovation workshops and scenario-planning sessions with executive stakeholders
- Identify emerging market gaps and disruption opportunities across key verticals
- Create strategic roadmaps for adoption of breakthrough technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing concepts
- Produce thought leadership content and present at industry conferences
- Monitor global trend signals and competitive intelligence ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, futurism, or technology foresight
- Proven track record developing and implementing future-ready business strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, Web3, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguous challenges
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
