Responsibilities
- Architect and execute multi-year strategic foresight initiatives for 2026 technology horizons
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, biotech convergence) and translate insights into competitive advantages
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-ready solutions
- Develop ethical frameworks for AI deployment and human-machine collaboration
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and global innovation hubs
- Mentor internal teams on future literacy and adaptive innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, corporate innovation, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major innovation initiatives with measurable impact
- Ability to synthesize complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
