Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and marketing teams
- Develop exponential technology roadmaps (quantum, AI, biotech, climate tech)
- Translate complex futures into actionable executive briefs and investor presentations
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for emerging technologies
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify disruptive startups
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports for board and stakeholder audiences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, Web3)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Executive-level communication with data visualization mastery
