Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Strategic Innovation Framework with quarterly horizon scanning updates
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite on disruptive technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Architect and manage the Horizon Innovation Lab incubating 3-5 moonshot projects annually
- Produce bi-annual Future State Briefings for board and investors with data-driven trend analysis
- Partner with Product & Engineering to integrate foresight into product roadmaps
- Establish global innovation networks with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Measure and report on innovation ROI using proprietary Future Impact Metrics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published thought leadership in future technologies (e.g., IEEE, HBR)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Track record of commercializing emerging technologies (portfolio required)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures into actionable strategies
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent professional designation
- Experience with AI-driven foresight tools and data visualization platforms
