- Build and mentor cross-functional innovation pods in emerging markets
- Author proprietary foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Drive patent development for next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Represent company at Davos, CES, and global futurist forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy with 5+ in future-casting roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent
- Published thought leadership on quantum AI or neurotech convergence
- Expertise in S-curves, weak signal detection, and horizon scanning
- Portfolio of implemented exponential technologies (2020-2025)
- Fluency in Python, R, or predictive modeling tools
- Experience with UN SDG alignment frameworks
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent preferred
