- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks for C-suite stakeholders across Fortune 500 clients
- Lead scenario planning workshops using proprietary Horizon Methodology to build adaptive resilience
- Author breakthrough thought leadership published in MIT Tech Review and similar platforms
- Architect innovation pipelines integrating emerging tech with human-centered design principles
- Manage a $5M+ R&D budget for future-focused pilot programs
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Horizon Academy fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field with 7+ years applied experience
- Proven track record publishing disruptive foresight frameworks adopted by industry leaders
- Expertise in exponential technology analysis and cross-industry convergence mapping
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or Copenhagen Institute)
- Portfolio demonstrating transformational impact on enterprise strategy or product roadmaps
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex futures to executive audiences
- Experience with futures simulation tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi Method)
- Published author or keynote speaker at global innovation conferences
