Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 innovation roadmaps through trend analysis, horizon scanning, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, biotech, and sustainable tech
- Design strategic frameworks for market entry into emerging sectors with 10+ year growth projections
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness metrics including technology adoption curves and ecosystem preparedness
- Present foresight findings to C-suite and board members using data-driven visualizations
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype 2026-relevant solutions through agile methodologies
- Build and maintain an external network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years experience in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of developing successful long-term strategic frameworks
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, climate tech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFMP) strongly preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented strategic innovations
