Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 innovation roadmaps using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale breakthrough solutions in AI, biotech, and sustainable tech
- Conduct executive briefings on emerging technologies and their strategic implications
- Design and manage innovation incubators for moonshot projects with global impact potential
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track ROI on future-focused initiatives
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global innovation ecosystems
- Author thought leadership content on 2026 technology and societal shifts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation management, or futurism with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies: AGI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, climate tech
- Deep understanding of exponential growth models and disruptive innovation frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures into executive priorities
- Track record of launching at least 3 market-defining products/services
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., CFPS) or innovation management
